Got this product well over a year ago now when I had the worst pains you could imagine…it definitely helped although I still have a few symptoms. I would reccomend it though as even though it hasn’t fixed my problems completely, its much better now

THis has worked excellently! I was so surprised with how well it actually worked!! I felt a bit funny the first week I took it, had some dizziness but I don’t think it was related. My hot flushes are now gone! completely!

A friend told me about amberen. It didn’t do very much for me but she swears by it, so mixed results. I guess you only know by trying it.

I was on HRT and was seeing some improvements in certain areas but the side effects that I was experiencing were awful and I had to stop. My phsycian was less than helpful but I found Amberen online and gave it a shot. It has worked much better than the HRT ever did. No weird side effects and I’m feeling much better after 6 months.

After using it for 10 days, I started sleeping all the way through the night again. I also felt more like myself and haven’t experienced the level of mood swings or hot flashes as before. I’m sold. I’m a little concerned what will happen when I go off the 3 month trial for a while (as they suggest).
They suggest if two pills don’t work, to try 4. I didn’t have to, but maybe those that had difficulty should try the 4-per day thing. All I can say is I know it worked for me. (I am not affiliated in anyway with their business).

I never had any PMS or even cramps when I was younger, and I’ve been lucky that my menopause symptoms were not that bad either. The only one I seem to have is hot flashes and even they are fairly mild. In the beginning, I had enough of them to want to find something for relief so I turned to Black Cohosh and within 2 – 3 days, I stopped having any hot flashes. My libido is fairly low which I don’t like so I decided to try Amberen to see if it would help with that. I took it for 30 days and saw no change in my interest in sex and it actually made my hot flashes return. I have since stopped taking the Amberen and am back to having no flashes.

I have experienced signigicant perimenimenopausal and menopause symptoms for the past several years. Specific concerns included excessive bleeding over a period of months (had EA surgery) and more recently extreme hot flashes. These symptoms were negatively interfering with my professional and personal life. I did not want to go the HRT route, so I did some research on the internet to determine the best course of action to take. I ordered Ambreren out of desperation thinking anything would be better than nothing. I couldn’t wait to take the first set of capsules. I noticed improvement after only 3 days. After 7 days the improvement has been so significant that I hesitate to stop taking it after three months as instructed. My hot flashes are down to 2-3 per day and my nights are not interrupted. Even my mood and emotions seem more regulated. I am sold!! You should give this product at try if you are miserable and want relief. It’s the best product I have purchased in a very long time.

I’m 40-years old and am already pre-menopausal. I have been experiencing years of depression, mood swings and out burst of anger on a regular basis over small things. I have been on 150 mg of anti-depressants for the past 6-years and still have been experiencing symptoms of depression. When the Dr. explained that I was pre-menopausal about 2-months ago I began looking for something that was all natural to help. I came across Amberen and have been taking it for 20-days now. This has been heaven sent for me! I can’t remember the last time I have felt so good! I feel like a whole different person. I’m happy, patient and experience little anger. I used to cry on a daily basis – now nothing seems to bring me to tears. I know this sounds unbelievable since its only been 20-days, but I’m sold. I was also experiencing so many hot flashes at night that I got very little sleep. In the last two weeks I sleep so peacefully without waking up to miserable hot flashes. Amberen has worked for me!

I took Amberen about 6 months ago for 2 months. My symptoms disappeared. No more hot flashes, I was able to sleep through the night, my mind was clear. It didn’t really help much with sex drive and I didn’t loose any weight. I have been symptom free for 4 or 5 months, but have started having symptoms again. I will be starting with the third month supply that I have and will be ordering more as soon as I find out if there are any problems with taking it with cholesterol meds. I am normally very sceptical of these kinds of claims and the price seemed high, but now that my symptoms are returning I believe it is well worth the cost for the relief I had!! It worked for me!

This is my 11th day on Amberen. I had a complete hystrectomy at 27. Nothing has helped the terrible symptoms I had. Depression, insomnia, hot flashes etc…Amberen has really helped me. Im very sceptical of “new fix all pills” but Amberen has truly helped and Im hoping that I continue to improve as I complete my 90 days.

I have been taking the amberen now for 2 weeks. My worst symptoms are night sweats and this hasn’t helped at all. I haven’t had a full nights sleep in almost a year. I think it’s going to drive me crazy. I guess it just doesn’t work for everyone, so I’m searching again for some relief…

I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome about 4 years ago. For those who are not familiar with this condition, it meant not having regular menstrual cycles. I was only 30 when my period started becoming irregular. It got to a point when I would be very fortunate if I get 2 menstrual cycles for an entire year. Might sound good for some but the bottom line is, not for me. The lining of my endometrium started thickening. My doctor placed me on HRT even though I am not completely sold on the idea being that my family have history of cancers. My doctor believes that this is the only way to reverse the thickening. He was afraid that if we do not start HRT, the thickening could lead to tumor and then cancer. I stopped HRT as soon as my pap was back to normal. Started looking for natural options and this is when I stumbled on Amberen. I am only on my 4th day but very excited to report that the night sweats has stopped! It stopped on the very first day I took it. And another funny thing is, I feel like a teenager, my appetite is back and feel hungry all the time.

I had a complete hysterectomy in February 2010 and had night sweats, mood swings and could not sleep. I purchased Amberen and took it for two weeks with no results doubled up on the pills and then I had headaches on top of the other symptoms … so I had to stop. I did find that Amberen does have a small amount of MSG so maybe that is what caused the headaches….had to return the pills. Good luck to you all! I am still searching….

I turned 51 in May, stopped getting periods since then and started getting terrible night sweats, disturbed sleep and hot flashes. I’ve been taking Amberen for 3 weeks and havent had a night sweat or hot flash since. I have more energy and am more mentally alert. I havent lost any weight but i’m trying which I find is very difficult i’m hoping Amberen helps in that area also. Cant say enough about the product love it!

I had hot flashes (and anxiety, just before and during the hot flashes), it was fairly frequent, although probably not a 10 by any means, but the frequent repetitiveness of these feelings, at any moment during the day (and at night as well) was really starting to take a toll on my energy and emotions. I have three boys, homeschooling one in H.S., and the other two are 13 years old (twins) with a lot of energy, in addition I have to take my mom to several appointments a week, take care of her finances as well as ours, etc. I was wishing I had had kids at an earlier age (I’m 51), as these symptoms and emotional results were really taking a toll on my attitude at home with everyone. I will not take HRT and don’t like the idea of so many side effects on much of the medication out there. So I went online to read about possible natural solutions (my dad got his PSA count for cancer way down to a safe point, by natural means/and diet). I truly believe that natural solutions are like medication, you have to find the right treatment for the individual, everyone is different, even with prescription drugs.
Anyway, with the Amberen my hot flashes were almost completely gone, and my anxiety attacks were gone completely. After ending my first 90 days, I did have one very heavy menstrual period for 5 days, just after completely the 90 days. After 2 months of being off the Amberen I have had small amounts of hot flashes and anxiety return some, but not like before the Amberen. I just started back on it for 30 days so far, and have begun taking 4 pills (only took 2 pills for 90 days the first time around). For some reason it seems like I need the 4 pills this time, as I’ve really noticed all symptoms have almost completely disappeared after adding two add’l pills( on about the 26th day of taking 2 pills). I don’t know if the effects were lessened, the second round of 90 days, taking these pills or if my symptoms were getting more severe….all I do know is that the Amberen has made a total difference in my overall well being, and I feel SO much better with reduced symptoms that almost have disappeared! Thank you! No side effects either!

I am one of those people that don’t believe or trust most of the advertisements out there.
Because my poor husband ha been living with a wife that is going through major mood swings, depression, lack of interest, lack of sleep, irregular bad periods, weight gain and no sex drive came home one. day and told that he heard a radio commercial about amberen. Being one of those people that don’t believe in much it took him a couple of days to convince me to at least read about the product I took a look at it and told my husband (to good to be true). My husband look at me and said (try it it’s only 7.99 for a trial and at this point you don’t have much to loose and everything to gain by trying the product ). Well I am going on the second month using the product don’t know what’s in but I feel 50% better already thanks to Amberen.

I am 50 years old, have had hot flashes, mood swings that just drive me crazy. Weight gain has been the problem since all this started about 5 years ago. I don’t like the way that I am feeling. I do have pre-menopausal symptoms I want to feel better. I was on Estrace, for awhile and really found that it helped for awhile then it seemed to stop working.. So my question is all of you that have taken it, do you think that this is something that might work for me… I need something to help me feel better. Is this the answer?

I had extreme hot flashes and I ordered Amberen out of desperation because I couldn’t get an appt with my obgyn.
The first 3 weeks I took them about 9:00am in the morning they worked like a charm. No hot flashes whatsoever; I slept like a baby. The I was on vacation and one morning i forgot to take it. Of course a hot flash at lunch time reminded me of it. I took the pills immediately but in vain. From that point on they didn’t work anymore.
So my take is as long as one takes them at the same time every day they will work, just like they say in the prospect.
But don’t you dare take them at different hours because you will pay the price.
Luckily my obgyn put me on HRT.

It is now the middle of Sept. and I am still having hot flashes, night sweats and not sleeping. I guess it is not for everyone. Hopefully I will find something that works for me. I will keep trying.

After many wrestless nights, with on/off again hot flashes, which now were interrupting my days (making me crazy) , I found Amberen on line. I refused to take any bio anything, or pharma, so I gave it a try.
About 7 days in, I realized that I had slept through the night, with maybe only one interruption and that during the day, I noticed less hot flashes. Then, about day 8 or 9 all symptoms are gone and my libido has turned on again!! No more day or night flashes, period. I am sold and have been sharing it with all of my friends! I am not a regular breakfast eater, but I do faithfully take Amberen after my first meal mid-morning. I’m about 35 days into the 90 day plan and can’t say more positive about the plan.
Ladies, everything in life is up to you…

I was early into menopause but was tired of turning bright red and sweaty ( my 8 year-old students wanted to join in my fanning myself)
and waking up several times a night.
I did tons of on-line research, bought Amberen and am quite happy I did. Two weeks later I am down to a couple of warm flashes ( little sweat and my face stays white) a day and no night sweats.

I am on my 4th week with Amberen and really haven’t noticed any change between taking this and taking Black Cohash. My girlfriend swore by it but after being symptom free for 30 days, her hot flashes re-occured and she is back on the Amberen. I bought a 90 day supply and really am not happy with the results I had and will be going back to the Black Cohash and upping my dosage on them.

Not good…….I was on Amberen for a total of 3-4 weeks. I had extreme hot flashes which produced sweating every 45 minutes to 1.5 hours all day and into the evening. After 3weeks, I decided to try the double dose method. Nothing happened. Amberen does not work. FYI, there is nothing natural about any of the ingredients. Not worth taking…….Don’t waste your money!!

Hi, I have tried EVERYTHING that is out there for the last 7 years, this is the first time that I have been without any hot flashes for a week, thank you for this. Let me just tell you how bad they were. I would have a hot flash every 15 to 30 min. day in and day out, my heart would pound so bad that I would almost pass out, several times I had to pull off the road. I went to several doctors and they all said I had the worse case they had ever seen. I just want to say thank you so very much, you have saved my life, I really mean this. Everyone should know about these wonderfull pills. Again thank you. Jeannie Kelley

I did a lot of reading on this product before I tried it. I am a premenopause female adult between the age of 45-50 who is normally healthy other than unfortunately started menopause at a younger age then most, I decided to give it a try.
I wish I hadn’t, this is an expensive product. I used it for three months as instructed and it did absolutely nothing for me, not one change. I was not about to buy another expensive 3 mos. supply when I found a simple inexpensive supplemental premenopause/memopause mild proestrogen cream works so much better than so many products I’ve tried, including this one.

To complete my post, I was finally connected to a manager who expressed their apologies for the representative who I had spoken to and agreed to complete my refund as promised.
I guess the lesson here is if you plan to buy this product, absolutely do NOT do it without doing your research. I went by word of mouth and only after purchasing did I get the full story with my package. In this day and age, research is easy and I guess it is partially my fault for believing what was told to me by a sales representative, I should have been more skeptical and investigated more thoroughly prior to purchasing so that I knew all of the fine print up front.
I will say this, Amberen has worked for several people that I know so its definitely worth a *try*… just make sure if it doesn’t work for you that you only give it at max 20 days of trying before you send it back for your refund.

I was recommended the product by a friend. I looked the information over was not sure if I should try it. Now that I have read these independent reviews and the recomendation of my friends I will order the product.
I would say my symptoms are moderate, but they are increasing. After getting unreasonably upset with my husband I made the decision to place the order. I am unemployed, so the trial offer is good, but it it works then the cost will outweight the sacrifice.
I am hoping there is a solution to the weight problem. I even went on a 300 calorie/day diet for 3 months and did not lose the 1-2 pounds/day as promised. And I did not cheat. The weight issue is more discouncerting than the hot flashes.
I will send an update in a few weeks.

I am 62 and have had hot flashes for 12 years. About 2 dozen during the day and 2 dozen at night time. and can’t sleep good. Nothing ever worked until Amberen. I ordered it and added it to my regular RX each morning last July 1st. I have taken it faithfully, for 3 months and am off for now. No side affects. It took about a week for the hot flashes to drop about 80 %. What else it did for me – Less pain – mostly in my knees/feet. Lots of energy. I want to do lots of things now, instead of sleep. Also, I could sleep at night again. I work evenings and get home about 12:30am, but could not go to sleep until 4 or 5 or 6am. Not anymore, I drop off to sleep quickly. Not sleepy during the daytime.
Since I stopped at the end of 3 months, my hot flashes have not returned, but my energy level has dropped.
Weight – I did not loss any at first, but with more energy and doing more things outside, I had lost 8 pounds, gain them back on vacation of course, and dropped now 10 pounds. So that is good. Have not gain any back since I stopped (4 weeks now) and that is also good. I plan to reorder when my 3 months off is up.

I am about to complete the first 90 day program of Amberen (turned 50 in July) – and it has worked! My hot flashes and night sweats began mid-August (hit me immediately without warning) and they were INTENSE; I was a total witch with all the other hormonal changes also taking place. The only area I would disagree with is that the weight has not fallen off – and I do watch what I eat and exercise 3-4 times weekly. I am disappointed that I have to wait another 90 days before beginning another round – will remain positive that all will be okay, but if the hot flashes begin will order another 90 day supply right away. I do not wish to go through that horrible time for even one week – doubt my husband will survive either!

I am now on Day 7 after starting Amberen, and for the first time I got a little cold today! Those of you who have hot flashes and nightsweats totally understand–it’s been awhile! I slept completely without 1 sweat/flash last night. I have a mild headache that comes and goes, a little bloating, however I am taking 4 a day-two white, 2 red and I understand it may bring on a period. Quite possible because I haven’t had one for 4 months now, and have been irregular for 3 years. I am 48 in relatively good shape but have gained 20 plus pounds over the couple of years mainly in stomach area so I know it is hormonal. I have tried everything I could natural and nothing has conquered this problem. So after 7 days-Great! Except my appetite is outrageous all of a sudden–hope I don’t gain (I also get very hungry the week prior to my period). Hope this helps I will updated next week!

I was taking Amberen for 3 months and it worked great…no hot flashes, no night sweats, slept like a baby, then like they said I went off it…like they said and unfortunately the hot flashes/night sweats came back…and so I went back on Amberen but unfortunatley this time it did not work. I was really surprised. Another thing that happened, my period stopped completely. My obgyn said your HF/NS get worse when your menses stop but not sure why it did. I even doubled up on the doses twice. Nothing, in fact they are progressively getting worse. I think it won’t work for me anymore at this point. I will be trying other alternatives. My obgyn thinks it just masks the problem not fixes it. Might be true. Anyway I’ll be stopping and sending back the pkg I just bought. Pretty bummed about it.

On Feb.8, 2011,I had an total abdominal hysterectomy, and my hot flashes have gotten really bad. I decided to start taking amberen, even though the last time I did was January. It has been two weeks, and I am already happy to say that I am feeling better. They still come and go, but they are calming down. To those of you that are not seeing results, keep the faith, and be patient, and you will see that you are going to get better. I am in my fifth month of taking it, and it took about two months, to notice a difference, but thank God, it does work!
God bless you all , and give you the strength to get through this challenge!
